About Material Handling Systems
Material Handling Systems enable to automate the human-handling processes of material, on-process and finished products transfers.
There are certainly the stages of entrance (loading) and exit (unloading) in manufacturing process.
By introducing material handling systems, it will be possible to load and unload the products without scratching as well as to promote labor saving.

It is difficult for operators to handle PCBs without scratching, which might be heavy, too small or too thin for them. However our system allows to load/unload PCBs at the right timing no matter how the PCB size is.

We design our products to meet your production line. For example, Intermediate machines to change the direction of PCB on the way of production line, or the function to prevent the line friction by displacing the position when loading PCB.

PCB manufacturing has sensitive processes so that each production line has each own process.
